With Mother’s Day a month away we’ve been thinking about ways to incorporate jojoba into pampering gift baskets for mom. The beauty of jojoba is that it’s pretty much the perfect all-natural product for skin, scalp, and hair. While a bottle of jojoba combined with a few plush towels or a robe, it’s fun to make a bath product as well. We decided a jojoba oil sugar body scrub was perfect because it can be made easily by little ones. In our jojoba exfoliating scrub recipe, we used our lavender-infused jojoba, but you can just mix a few drops of mom’s favorite essential oils into the mix as well. Fill a decorative jar with sugar, and top off with jojoba (mix essential carrier oils into jojoba before adding it to the body sugar scrub). Tie it with a lovely ribbon and make a beautiful tag. Mom will surely be happy with her silky soft hands when she uses this lovely jojoba oil sugar body scrub mix.
